3- 15oz. cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
3 C. diced cooked chicken
15oz. jar prepared Alfredo sauce
2 C. chicken broth
2- 4oz. cans green chilies
1 1/2 C. frozen gold and white corn
1 C. Monterrey Jack cheese
1 C. pepper Jack cheese
1 C. sour cream
1 small yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Combine all ingredients save for cilantro in crockpot.
Cook on low 3-4 hours.
Serve with salsa verde (green salsa!) and cilantro.
