Rhubarb Pizza

From Mama's cousin C.

1 C. flour
2 T. shortening
1 T. baking powder
2 T. milk
1 egg

Mix well; roll out thin between layers of wax paper.
Place on greased pizza pan.

Filling:
3 C. fresh rhubarb, chopped fine
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. flour
1- 3oz. pkg dry strawberry or raspberry Jello
1/3 C. melted butter
Mix well, and pour over crust.

Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes.

Serve with fresh whipped cream.
