Chicken Salad

2 C. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 C. diced celery
1/4 C. golden raisins
1/4 C. Craisins
1/4 C. slivered almonds
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sour cream
2 T. chopped green onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well.
Serve folded into a pita pocket or spooned onto a sliced croissant.
