Lemon Bread

From great-Grandma D.

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 C. water
4 eggs
1/2 C. vegetable oi;
1/4 C. poppy seeds

Mix all together and beat until smooth; pour batter into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Bake @ 350* for 45-60 minutes.
