Tarragon Cream Sauce

This is delicious over cooked salmon, chicken breasts, or even over hot cooked brown rice!

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. fresh Tarragon, minced
1 T. butter
8oz. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon juice

In small saucepan, combine ingredients over medium heat.
Stir until thick.
