Mango Avocado Salsa

1 mango, peeled & diced
3 T. red onion, minced
3 T. green pepper, diced
3 T. red bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 T. white wine vinegar
1 T. chopped cilantro
1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
1 T. minced chives
1/2 avocado, diced

Combine all ingredients in bowl, adding avocado last. Chill.
Serve sprinkled lightly with coarse salt and tortilla chips.
