Rice Pudding

From Great-Grandma Pancake.

4 eggs
1 1/2 C. milk
5 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. cooked white rice

Mix all together. Bake in buttered dish @ 325* for 1 hour.

Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar as serving.
