Ooey Gooey Bars

Just saying the name is fun!

3/4 C. melted butter
1/4 C. evaporated milk
1 white cake mix
Mix above together.
Put half the batter in 9 x 13 pan (may be hard to spread).
Bake @350* for 10-12 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes.

1 bag Kraft caramels
1/2 C. evaporated milk
Melt above together in microwave, stirring often.

Sprinkle 1 C. chocolate chips onto baked batter.
Pour caramel mixture over this, and crumble remaining half of batter on the top.

Bake @ 350* for 22-25 minutes.
Cut while warm.
