Korean Beef Strips

These were oft-requested in my house growing up. You could eat a whole pile!

1# beef flank steak or round steak, sliced thin
2 T. chopped green onion
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Combine onion, sauce soy, oil, sugar, garlic, and Tabasco. Add beef.
Let marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Broil until barely browned.
