Hot Reuben Dip

Made with your great-grandma S.'s homemade 'kraut ... wow!

16oz. sauerkraut, drained
1/2# corned beef
1 C. mayonnaise
1 1/2 C. sour cream
2/3 C. 1,000 Island Dressing
1 1/2 C. shredded Swiss cheese

Combine all in crock pot.
Set on low until melted together.

Serve with rye cocktail bread.
