From great-Grandma S., this is perfect over vanilla ice cream.
1 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. honey
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. evaporated milk
1 T. vanilla
In saucepan, combine chocolate chips, honey, and butter. Stir until chips are melted and smooth.
Gradually add milk, salt, and vanilla.
Heat through, about 2 minutes.
Do not boil.
